With Christmas almost upon us and as it is only going to be food & photos for the next few days, here’s some great food & photography tips by our very own Jamie Oliver & David Loftus.
As with anything in life, keeping it simple stupid (KISS) produces the best results. Just like Jamie, David showcases that by keeping it simple while taking the photos, he has managed to produce some beautiful images. What is important to say here is that photography is all about light, David is shooting with available light from the huge window behind them. The light is very soft & diffused which produces great results.
PRO TIP!!
Don’t use your pop-up camera flash for shots like these. It will ‘kill’ your photos. If you don’t have much light, take your ISO higher and you will be able to produce great shots. All you need is some window light (not direct sunlight).
